I am a senior results-oriented leader with over 13 years of experience in managing teams, solution sales, customer management, professional services, and business development. While I started out in Graphic Design and had a lot of success as a designer and creative director the synergy of design and technology that became the Internet took me in a direction where I was managing not only the creative direction of projects but managing and leading teams that also included technical people. The way I see it Graphics is really just a professional service and requires the same sort of management as technical implementations because the long term goal is a successful project with a satisfied client. So my years at Lightpoint Entertainment were really just the beginning of my professional services career. My role in early projects was mainly focused on assuring that projects were completed on time and within budget and managing the client relationship and communication.

When I joined Cytura in 1999 as the Director of New Media I was tasked with building the department from scratch and not only managing client relationships

but also building business with clients and partners. In the beginning it was slow going being a new division in a company but through the use of focused goals and building solid client relationships the department began to grow not just in size but in reputation. I worked to secure a partnership with Disney’s broadcast division that lead to a multitude of projects including work on shows for Disney MGM Studios and a feature film. All this success lead the company to place the project management team and the technical implementation staff under my direction so that a project could be managed from beginning to end.

Cytura’s software division eventually developed a web content management tool that allowed users to submit content to a site through the use of a simple web based GUI. My team was directly responsible for the implementation of the software
